When you need a quick, comforting dinner that tastes restaurant-quality without all the effort, this Shrimp with Spinach and Pasta delivers every time. Tender shrimp, buttery garlic, a creamy garlic spinach pasta sauce, and delicate angel hair pasta come together in under 20 minutes. Whether you searched for Pasta with Shrimp and Spinach, Garlic Butter Pasta with Spinach, or a simple Shrimp Linguine with Spinach, this easy one-pan dish is exactly the kind of busy-night recipe that feels both effortless and elevated.

This recipe was born from those nights when you need something fast but still crave flavor. It uses basic ingredients — shrimp, garlic, spinach, pasta, cream, and Parmesan — but creates a silky, delicious Garlic-Parmesan Shrimp Pasta that tastes far more complex than it is. You can easily adjust it into Lemon-Garlic-Parmesan Shrimp Pasta or a lighter garlic-only version. No matter how you customize it, this is a dish that becomes part of your weekly rotation.
This was inspired by another favorite, Crispy Shrimp Fritta and pairs well with this flavorful Fattoush Salad.

Summarized Steps for Shrimp with Spinach and Pasta
This Garlic Spinach Pasta Sauce is rich, creamy, and comes together in minutes. Before you start cooking, make sure your pasta water is already boiling so everything finishes at the same time.

- Step 1:Season and sauté the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, then remove from the pan.

- Step 2: Sauté garlic and cook down the spinach.

- Step 3: Add cream, Parmesan, and cooked pasta to create the garlic spinach pasta sauce.

- Step 4: Toss everything together with shrimp and parsley.
Hint: Angel hair cooks extremely fast. Set a timer and avoid overcooking so your pasta stays light and delicate.

- Cream: Half-and-half works, or use reserved pasta water for a lighter sauce.
- Parmesan: Pecorino or Asiago also work beautifully.

Storage Tips for Shrimp with Spinach and Pasta
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop with a splash of cream or water to loosen the sauce. Shrimp can become rubbery if overheated, so warm slowly.
Top Tip
Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining — adding a splash can help emulsify the cream and Parmesan into the silkiest sauce.
