Substitutions
Sometimes you may want, or need to switch up ingredients based on what is available or dietary needs. Below are a list of possible substitutions:
- Chicken - Try chicken thighs instead of chicken breasts in your One Pot Balsamic Chicken.
- Balsamic Vinegar - white balsamic vinegar can provide a milder, slightly sweeter taste.
- Vegetables - Try adding shallots, onions, zucchini or peppers for a different twist.

- Add capers for a Mediterranean twist to the One Pot Balsamic Chicken.
- Toss in some spinach for a nutrient boost.
- Serve over rice, quinoa, or couscous instead of pasta.
- Swap chicken for a different protein like salmon or shrimp.
