Method
- Season the chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook on both sides until golden.
- In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, honey, and garlic to create the sauce. Pour over the chicken.
- Add the grape tomatoes on top of the chicken.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for about 12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Enjoy topped with some fresh Parmesan cheese. It’s the perfect recipe to top on a bed of noodles too!
