One Pot Balsamic Chicken and Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 3 chicken breasts cut into 12 pieces and pounded
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup halved grape tomatoes

Method
 

  1. Season the chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook on both sides until golden.
  3. In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, honey, and garlic to create the sauce. Pour over the chicken.
  4. Add the grape tomatoes on top of the chicken.
  5. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Enjoy topped with some fresh Parmesan cheese. It’s the perfect recipe to top on a bed of noodles too!
