This perfect busy night meal is simple, yet delicious! I’m obsessed with minimal clean up meals that I can cook in one pot, pan, tray or dish! This Salmon will not disappoint.
Baked Honey Lemon Salmon
Ingredients
- 4 Salmon
- 2 Lemons
- 1 bunch Asparagus
- ½ cup Honey
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Garlic minced
- 1 dash Sriracha Sauce
- Salt To taste
- Black Pepper To taste
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
- . Slice 1-2 lemons into 12 thin slices.
- Spray a 9×12 glass dish with cooking spray and add the lemon slices.
- Pat dry the salmon steaks and place them on top of the lemon slices.
- Optionally, line the exterior of the salmon with veggies like asparagus. Season with salt, pepper, and a light oil spray.
- In a bowl, mix honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and a dash of Sriracha.
- Brush half the sauce on the salmon and bake at 375°F for about 14 mins.
- Remove from the oven, brush with the remaining honey mixture, and broil for 3-5 mins.
