. Slice 1-2 lemons into 12 thin slices.
Spray a 9x12 glass dish with cooking spray and add the lemon slices.
Pat dry the salmon steaks and place them on top of the lemon slices.
Optionally, line the exterior of the salmon with veggies like asparagus. Season with salt, pepper, and a light oil spray.
In a bowl, mix honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and a dash of Sriracha.
Brush half the sauce on the salmon and bake at 375°F for about 14 mins.
Remove from the oven, brush with the remaining honey mixture, and broil for 3-5 mins.
