Rice Pilaf
Ingredients
- 2 handfuls fine egg noodles
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups white rice
- 32 ounces Chicken Broth
Instructions
- Brown the fine egg noddles in the butter on medium heat. Should take about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the rice and chicken broth. Mix everything together, cover, and turn heat to low.
- Cook until you can see that all the broth is absorbed. Takes around 20 minutes.
