Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
  

  • 2 handfuls fine egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cups white rice
  • 32 ounces Chicken Broth

Method
 

  1. Brown the fine egg noddles in the butter on medium heat. Should take about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add the rice and chicken broth. Mix everything together, cover, and turn heat to low.
  3. Cook until you can see that all the broth is absorbed. Takes around 20 minutes.
