Pomegranate Brie Prosciutto Crostini

A festive holiday appetizer made with toasted baguette, Brie, prosciutto, pomegranate, honey, and rosemary.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 baguette
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • 6 –8 oz Brie sliced
  • 4 –6 slices prosciutto
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • Honey
  • Fresh rosemary

Equipment

  • baking sheet
  • Knife
  • cutting board

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Slice baguette thinly and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake 7–9 minutes until crisp.
  5. Add a thin slice of Brie to each warm crostini.
  6. Top with prosciutto.
  7. Add pomegranate seeds.
  8. Drizzle with honey.
  9. Garnish with rosemary and serve immediately.

Notes

Assemble right before serving for the best texture. Toasted baguette slices can be prepped up to 24 hours in advance.
