Homemade Copycat Snackers

If you love the warm, buttery, and slightly sweet snackers from Olga’s Kitchen, then you’re in for a treat! This recipe will show you how to make a perfect copycat version at home using my homemade flatbread recipe. These snackers are soft, chewy, and topped with McCormick's Perfect Pinch Salad Supreme Seasoning, just like the ones you remember.

Ingredients
  

  • Homemade Flatbread See my Flatbread Recipe
  • 3 tablespoon McCOrmick's Perfect Pinch Salad Supreme a generous amount
  • Oil enough to create a thin layer on your skillet/pan

Method
 

  1. Prepare homemade flatbread and let it cool slightly.
  2. Cut the flatbread into bite-sized triangle pieces using a sharp knife, scissors or pizza cutter.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat with a thin layer of oil.
  4. Lightly toast the flatbread pieces for about 30 seconds on each side or until warm and slightly crisp.
  5. Sprinkle McCormick’s Perfect Pinch Salad Supreme Seasoning evenly over the snackers.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
  7. Serve with butter sprinkled with Perfect Pinch Salad Supreme Seasoning or a flavorful soft cheese.
