Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the flatbread on a baking sheets and brush with olive oil or avocado spray.
Layer with freshly shredded mozzarella, and then sliced tomatoes evenly across the flatbread. Sprinkle with sliced basil. Keep about 1 ounce aside.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Top with remaining 1 ounce fresh basil leaves. Optional- drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
