Pretzel Bun Sheet Pan Cheeseburger Sliders

These delicious pretzel bun cheeseburger sliders are a quick and easy crowd-pleaser, made with juicy ground beef, melted American cheese, and served on soft pretzel buns. Perfect for family dinners, game days, or casual gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs Ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon The Blend seasoning by Kinder
  • cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • American cheese slices
  • King’s Hawaiian pretzel bun sliders
  • 1 teaspoon Butter optional

Equipment

  • baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • mixing bowl
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, seasoning, breadcrumbs, and egg until well combined.
  3. Shape the beef mixture into a rectangle on parchment paper, slightly larger than the pretzel slider buns.
  4. Bake for 17-20 minutes, then drain the grease.
  5. Open the pretzel buns and place the cooked beef on the bottom half.
  6. Top with slices of American cheese, then cover with the top of the pretzel buns.
  7. Optional: Brush melted butter on top of the buns for extra flavor.
  8. Bake for another 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
