Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a bowl, mix ground beef, seasoning, breadcrumbs, and egg until well combined.
Shape the beef mixture into a rectangle on parchment paper, slightly larger than the pretzel slider buns.
Bake for 17-20 minutes, then drain the grease.
Open the pretzel buns and place the cooked beef on the bottom half.
Top with slices of American cheese, then cover with the top of the pretzel buns.
Optional: Brush melted butter on top of the buns for extra flavor.
Bake for another 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Serve hot and enjoy!
