One Pan Chicken Alfredo

This One Pan Chicken Alfredo combines juicy chicken, tender pasta, and creamy sauce. This is all cooked in the same pan for easy clean up. It's the perfect 30 minute family meal with many variations and perfect for busy night dinners!

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 large chicken breasts
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Flour 2 tbsp
  • 4 tablespoon Butter 4 tbsp
  • 10 oz whipping cream
  • 5 oz finely grated Parmesan I used @belgioiosocheese
  • Fettuccine noodles cooked per package… this pot doesn’t count. ??‍♀️??

Method
 

  1. Slice chicken breasts horizontally and vertically, making 4 pieces each.
  2. Pound each piece flat, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and flour.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoon butter in a pan on medium-high. Sear chicken for 4-5 mins on each side.
  4. Remove chicken and reduce heat to low.
  5. Melt 2 tablespoon butter, then add whipping cream and grated Parmesan.
  6. Add cooked fettuccine noodles to the sauce.
  7. Slice chicken and place on top.
  8. Season with salt and freshly grated Parmesan to taste.
