Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoon diced ham
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder
  • 1 splash of milk optional
  • cooking spray

Equipment

  • Microwave
  • microwave safe bowl
  • fork or whisk

Method
 

  1. Spray inside of microwave-safe bowl with cooking spray.
  2. Crack the eggs into bowl.
  3. Add milk and whisk until smooth.
  4. Stir in cheese, ham and seasonings.
  5. Microwave 30 seconds, stir, then microwave another 30–60 seconds until fluffy and set.
  6. Top with extra cheese if desired.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, whisk in a teaspoon of cream cheese or cottage cheese.
  • Stirring halfway through is key to avoiding rubbery eggs.
  • Great for customizing—try adding cooked sausage, diced veggies, or salsa.
